The Gymnasium at the Lake Country Racquet and Athletic Club is a maple hardwood high school regulation basketball and volleyball court with adjustable hoops and volleyball net. The gymnasium is used for multiple activities.

The Athletic Enhancement Program at Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club is uniquely designed to make each individual a better athlete. The program is structured towards youth and adult athletes and conformed to your specific athletic needs. An athletic assessment will be performed at the beginning and end of the program so you will see your guaranteed results. The athletic enhancement program will increase your speed, power, agility, movement mechanics, and flexibility as well as greatly reduce injury. Our camps run all year long, and take place both inside and outside. |
Adult Only Camp
This camp is for any type of athlete over the age of 21. Whether you are a beginner tennis player or an elite tri-athlete, this camp is for you. This camp will address injury prevention, running mechanics, sports specific drills, strength training, plyometrics, agility, speed, power etc. This camp is a great way to get ready for an upcoming season or find a new and exciting way to stay or get into shape. Our certified and professional trainers will push you to your limits and beyond so you can reach your full potential. |
Fitness Plus
This program is for kids from the ages 8-12 years old. Fitness Plus is a fun and exciting way to keep your kids active while they have a blast running through obstacle courses, playing dodgeball, basketball, kickball, and doing activities that kids enjoy immensely. While exercising, your children will learn proper running mechanics, fundamentals of many different sports, and learn great sportsmanship while participating. |

Football Camp
Our football speed and agility camp are run by our very own David Gaatz. David played football for UW Madison and will be using the knowledge he gained from being a division 1 football player, to get athletes to the next level. This sport specific camp will address explosive power, agility, speed, weight lifting, and movement mechanics. Our football camp will get you ready for the upcoming season and get you a step ahead of your competition. |
Advanced Athlete Training Camp
The advanced athletes program is for high school, college, and elite athletes. Our professional trainers will take the already skilled athlete to the next level. You will work on proper running mechanics, plyometrics, speed, agility and sport specific movements. We guarantee results with all of the camps, so you just need to make the commitment to achieving the highest level
you can. |

Tri-Athlete Training Camp
Our Tri-Training Camp is to prepare the beginner and elite tri-athlete for their upcoming triathlons. After this camp is over you will be faster at transition times, starts, final kicks and your mechanics will be superior to previous years. Swimming, biking and running are not the only things you need to better times in your triathlons. If you want to get the proper nutrition training or you just need a little work on mechanics, this is the camp for you.

Gym Rental
Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club’s gymnasium space is available for rental. This includes birthday parties, sporting practices, and community events. If you are interested in renting the gymnasium, please contact our fitness department. |

Volleyball
We offer volleyball pick-up games and leagues. These leagues are held at different times throughout the year. If you are using the gym during an open time for volleyball you will need to call ahead for the preparation of the volleyball net.
