Kickboxing

Steve Southcott, personal trainer and Tae Kwon Do Black Belt will teach
the sessions. These programs will require a great deal of commitment and will include:

  • Heavy bag, speed bag and pro-agility bag workouts
  • Head movement
  • Hand mitt workouts
  • Foot movement
  • Cardio
  • Weight training
  • No sparring
  • No contact with other
    boxers
  • Fun, motivating body
    workouts

These programs are for all ages. Kickboxing and boxing are new
and fun ways to get an excellent cardio workout.
