GROUP FITNESS RESERVATION POLICY Reservations are recommended for cycling classes. They can be made one week prior to the class through the front desk or in the Group Fitness Reservation Book. If no one has registered for a class one hour prior to class, it may be cancelled for that day. Arrive a few minutes before class to ensure that your spot will not be given to the first person on the wait list. Members may participate on a walk in basis if space is available. In the event that a class needs to be cancelled, we will call all the members on the reservation sheet. |
