Coming this month……….
The Keiser M3 bikes will be arriving in Studio 2 in March. Our indoor cycling revolution will begin. These bikes are comfortable and easy to adjust — just get on and ride. They have a visual display readout providing pedal speed; heart rate; power output; distance and more.
Come check us out and burn 400-500 calories in a single workout.

So many choices…Kids ages 6-12 have fun playing games in the Fitness Plus class or Moms and Dads can work out with their children 8-12 while taking part in Family Fit. Also, Pee Wee Family Fit brings together Mom and or Dad to play games and work out with their little ones ages 5-8.
