What is TRIBE Team Training?
Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club is proud to be the first club in the Mid West to offer TRIBE Team Training programs. TRIBE offers world class small group training designed to push you in a fun, intelligent way that will help you achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Incredible fitness results have been achieved with TRIBE and we know that once you try this program you’ll see yourself achieving incredible results as well.
Members will experience a High Intensity Functional Fitness Program that is designed to take them to new levels of training. It covers all aspects of fitness, strength, power, mobility, agility, endurance and full functional conditioning. This program is two days per week and runs in 6 week Seasons with a recovery before starting again.
Every individual training session (workout) and every week is designed to specifically complement the last, ensuring members will gain amazing results FAST and SAFELY. You will never repeat a workout twice, every single training session and every season is different. If you have an inner athlete inside of you, enjoy being competitive with yourself or others,or just enjoy a highly dynamic training environment, then TribeFIT is the program for you.
This program is designed to take you to new levels of fitness in a challenging environment that understands the importance of individual results as team goals. It is the team that truly drives and motivates us to meet our true training potential.
TribeCORE is an intelligent strength and full body mobility program that is designed to bring new levels of strength, power, support and flexibility to the back, bum, belly and shoulders. This will bring structural longevity and pain free movement. If you are looking to support your athletic goals, strengthen up your CORE region, increase your functional mobility, a new mom, triathlete or simply sit down at your office too much than this program is for you.
TribeCORE is two days per week and runs in 6 week seasons. Every season works through specific progressions ensuring we are building our pillar of strength from the inside out. Every training session builds on top of the last increasing the challenge and complexities to ensure results while targeting our four primary points of focus – the back, belly, bum and shoulders.
Every training session is different, every season is different ensuring members will continue to get amazing results regardless of how many seasons they participate in. It is this programming that provides the challenge and generates the results we need from our training. It is the team that drives us to meet true training potential.
Members will experience a fun Low Impact Functional Exercise program that is designed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardiovascular fitness and increase functional strength while being gentle to the joints. If you still enjoy being in the race but don’t feel the need to be first, want a challenging environment without a competitive edge, looking to reintroduce yourself to training or simply want to be good at the sport of “LIFE” and enjoy the increased benefits of a healthy lifestyle with family and friends then TribeLIFETM is for you.
