We may have started as a tennis and racquetball facility when we opened in 1977, but we’ve evolved into a full-service fitness facility.  At Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club, we take pride in the fact that we have more than just members, we have a community and invite you to come see for yourself what we’re all about.

  • First Friday Line Dancing
    6:00 pm-7:30 pm

    Join member, Wendy Paulsen, for some fun and burn some calories. Line Dancing is choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance. Free to members, guests welcome regular guest fees apply. No registration required, join us the first Friday of the month January to May from 6:00 – 7:30pm.

  • Prime Body Transformation Discovery Session

    The Prime Body Transformation Series is a muscle building fat loss program. Using negative training and a strategic eating plan, you will shed fat, build muscle, and reshape your body. You will notice changes in the first week! Join us Thursday, January 10th at 7:00pm to for more information at our Prime Body Transformation Discovery Session.

    Join Marjorie for a Pilates and Yoga combo class designed to focus on proper alignment, movement, and relaxation techniques to reduce common musculoskeletal problems that may be causing shoulder and upper back pain.     Join us for the first Les Mills Launch of 2019! Start the year right with the newest release of SPRINT, BODYPUMP, CXWORX, and BODYCOMBAT formats. Some classes require pre-registration due to limited space, signup via the MyLCRAC app, online services, or the Front Desk.

    Class times are:

    SPRINT 7:15am – 7:45am

    BODYPUMP 7:45am – 8:45am

    CXWORX 9:00am – 9:30am

    BODYCOMBAT 9:35am – 10:35am 

     

    We will have a raffle going on the day of the event: For every item brought in to be donated to Lake Country Caring, you receive one ticket. Furniture and large items accepted as well.
