We may have started as a tennis and racquetball facility when we opened in 1977, but we’ve evolved into a full-service fitness facility.  At Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club, we take pride in the fact that we have more than just members, we have a community and invite you to come see for yourself what we’re all about.

I love the variety that the Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club offers its members. For those who enjoy group fitness, the Club has classes such as aqua endurance, body combat, and yoga; all of which I have greatly enjoyed.     Join member, Wendy Paulsen, for some fun and burn some calories. Line Dancing is choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance. Free to members, guests welcome regular guest fees apply. No registration required, join us the first Friday of the month January to May from 6:00 – 7:30pm.

  • Fad Diets- Nutritional Seminar
    6:45 pm-7:45 pm

    A 60 minute discussion focused on the details of the various popular diets of the last 25 years. We will examine the pros and cons of each, low fat, low carb, food pyramid, and clean eating. Participants will leave having knowledge of how a balanced diet can be fuel for daily life and workouts.
