Monthly Statement Information

Statements are issued the first business day of every month.  Your statement will list any charges made the previous month and the next month’s dues.  If you require further information on any of the line item transactions on your statement, you may access:

  • Go to Online Services, then select Account Information, Transaction Listing.  Here you will be able to click on any transaction for a breakdown.
  • My LCRAC App, click on My Account, Transaction History.  If you would like to download our App, please click on the link at the bottom of the website page.

Go Paperless!

If you would like to be set up for paperless billing and receive your statements by email, please contact the Business Office.

Paying Your Bill

Payment on your account is due by the 15th of the month.  Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer, credit card on-file, mail, in person, Online Services, or the My LCRAC App.

When is the Electronic Funds Transfer withdrawn from my checking or savings account?

Withdrawal is made the 5th business day of each month

How can I cancel my membership?

If you have completed your year contract, cancellation must be made in writing with a 30-day notice. Please click here to submit your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email of our receipt. Please keep as this email is your proof of your cancellation submission.
