MoveIt! Classes are Back

We are very excited to bring back our Group Fitness Classes for kids ages 9-14. Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:15pm in Studio 1.

Tuesday is Up Your Game, a fun class designed to engage your child physically through games and sports related movements.

Thursday kids will participate in some of our favorite group fitness formats. 

Class is FREE for children who are members of the facility. Registration is required via online services, the app, or contacting the Front Desk.

    Join member, Wendy Paulsen, for some fun and burn some calories. Line Dancing is choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance.     Join us for the first Les Mills Launch of 2019! Start the year right with the newest release of SPRINT, BODYPUMP, CXWORX, and BODYCOMBAT formats. Some classes require pre-registration due to limited space, signup via the MyLCRAC app, online services, or the Front Desk.

    Class times are:

    SPRINT 7:15am - 7:45am

    BODYPUMP 7:45am - 8:45am

    CXWORX 9:00am - 9:30am

    BODYCOMBAT 9:35am - 10:35am 

     

    We will have a raffle going on the day of the event: For every can of food you bring in to donate, you receive one raffle ticket. Food goes to the Hartland Food Bank.
