Yoga & Pilates for the Hips and Lower Back

Join Marjorie for this combo Yoga and Pilates class designed to focus on proper alignment, movement, and relaxation techniques to reduce common musculoskeletal problems that may be causing back pain. Using Hatha Yoga poses and Pilates techniques to align the spine and pelvis, muscles in the lower back, hips, hamstrings and inner legs can relax and release the tension that may be causing back pain. Space is limited. Registration opens January 18, 2019 for members ($25) and non-members ($30), register via the MyLCRAC app, online services, or contact the Front Desk.
