In the middle of summer we find ourselves outside sunbathing, snacking, enjoying the pool, and forgetting most of the healthy habits we’ve practiced when the weather isn’t as sunny. To stay on track find a friend or group to exercise with and hold each other accountable. That’s where TRIBE comes in.
TRIBE Team Training is a program that holds you and your group accountable for 6 weeks, with workouts twice per week. You will experience the benefit of working as a team while also having one on one time with your TRIBE coach. And our staff is willing to go the extra step to provide the care and attention you need to reach your goals. Whether it’s through our functional cardio based FIT class, or the low impact functional strength workout of LIFE and the stability training and conditioning of CORE, there is something for everyone! You will also learn tips and tricks to stay on target throughout the busy summer months. How helpful is that?!
With a structured routine, accountability, and ongoing support our TRIBE teams shaved several minutes off their FIT assessment time, and performed more squats, pushups, ViPR uppercuts, and ViPR lunges in just 1 season!
