LCRAC Personal Training Programs

At Lake Country Racquet & Athletic Club, our goal is to motivate, educate and ultimately to help you look and feel better. Whatever your primary motivation to begin an exercise program may be, our personal trainers will design a safe and effective plan with your needs in mind. For maximum results, many of our members select a series of personal training sessions. We have many trainers with a variety of skill-sets to ensure every member gets the best programming and inspiration for them. It’s much more than just a great exercise program. Our staff will help you improve your body composition, strength, flexibility, endurance, stress level, and many other key health factors.

One-on-One Personal Training

After you go through the Personal Fitness Profile, a Fitness Coach will design a custom program around your specific goals.  This training provides you with exclusivity during your workouts, just you and your Fitness Coach.

Semi-Private Training

Get the customization of an individualized program while working with like-minded individuals.  Based on your goals and needs, your custom program will be updated by your Fitness Coach on a regular basis.
