But maybe that resolution has fizzled and you’re feeling lost when it comes to your exercise plan. January isn’t the only time you can re-energize your plan and resolve to get healthy again. We are here to help!

The SMART START  program gives you permission to start slow, build gradually, and mix up your workouts to include  group fitness classes, or working out on the fitness deck at your own pace.

This year we launched our SMART START program. This is a customized program tailored to your fitness level and goals. The program can be started at any time and costs nothing for members. Whether you’re new to exercising or more experienced, you can start utilizing the program with our SMART START guides complete with workout plans and exercise guides. Our program has 3 zones which correlates your fitness level to our current cardio, strength, and core/flexibility offerings.
