Group Training For the Win
Let’s face it, most of the time workouts can be a chore. We find ourselves in the gym because we know it’s good for us, but five minutes into the workout we’re already thinking about how much time is left on the machine and how we can’t wait to be done. Running on the treadmill for miles at a time, or sitting on the leg press machine waiting to do your last set can get very boring.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
